Address and mail is an emerging category with 3 live companies today. A comparison matrix would be sparse, so entries are shown as a list. Blank fields mean the company does not publish that detail.
- A real street business address in locations such as New York, California, and Delaware, with a unique suite number for receiving mail and packages.
- Registered agent service in any US state for a flat fee of $49 per year, including reception of legal and statutory documents and prompt notification of service of process.
A real street address (not a PO box) with a digital mailbox where received mail can be opened, scanned, forwarded, discarded, shredded, or held for pickup, plus an optional registered agent add-on and virtual address for LLC use.
- A permanent virtual street address for business registration, mail receiving, and vendor correspondence, with mail scanning, shredding, and shipping actions available in the dashboard. The API currently supports searching and retrieving mail, creating locations, and USPS Form 1583 onboarding, with more endpoints in development.
- A registered agent address in any of the 50 US states plus DC and Puerto Rico, with a person available during business hours to receive legal and state mail on behalf of a business.
On the live free plan, agents get an inbound forwarding alias for scanning and OCR of mail sent to an existing address, plus outbound mail sending, via API, MCP, and webhooks. A mailbox.bot-issued street address with a mailbox number is announced on the Premium plan but is not yet live (waitlist, issuing August 2026).
